To train a people who recognize their individual and corporate callings in Christ. By helping them discover, develop,and dedicate their potential for ministry.
Pastor Swanzy trains and equips leaders with leadership skills to lead the Body of Christ in these last and final days. His programs are done in cooperation with local churches.
Forerunners Generation designs and conducts on-site training and development in various forms of leadership. They teach church leaders and others to help mentor other leaders. The conferences are for pastors, ministers, Directors of Ministry teams and anyone who serves in a leadership position. All training is Biblically based to equip and empower our present and future leaders.
Many churches are seriously damaged and handicapped by well-meaning men and women who have never learned the principles of fathering and mentoring. Many are expected to lead others by virtue of their calling alone. This can only lead to weak and failure prone leaders.
Most church leaders are realizing that to be effective in spreading the gospel, they need to develop leadership and communication skills along with the ability to father and mentor others to do the work of Christ. Pastor Swanzy has seen this need and is doing all he can in Christ to aid in that work.
