At Forerunners Generation prayer is the cornerstone just as a prayerful life is the foundation of a truly active and sincere Christian faith. CrossFire Prayer Warriors groups are NOT a church, but a Christian ministry that unifies almost all denominations of the local and global Christ following church. Through passionate, spirit filled prayer CrossFire Prayer Warriors equips believers with an exciting, weekly experience designed to bring transformation and new levels of relationship with the Holy Spirit. We try to assist in them seeing God’s desire to use every individual towards His kingdom building purposes.
Through passionate, spirit filled prayer CrossFire Prayer Warriors will equip believers with an exciting, weekly corporate prayer experience that brings transformation and new levels of understanding of God’s desire to use every individual towards His kingdom building plans. Using topics based on current events locally, nationally and globally we pray the Word to see the hand of God stretch forth in action according to His own Word. We will empower individuals as we unify in love, while in humility we put down self seeking goals to stand in the gap on behalf of individuals, the nations and our world. Through our weekly prayer groups, through mission work and other gatherings we will unite together as forerunners, paving the way for the move of the Holy Spirit and the second coming of Jesus. Carrying our torches into the darkness in humility with hearts of service we will encourage growth and accountability while following the example of the Acts type love and camaraderie.
It is our expectancy that as the exciting, transformational fire of purpose wells up within each individual that they will have a desire and passion to ignite the people around them. It is our goal that these individuals and groups will return to their home churches and communities with a renewed passion for Christ and His Kingdom purposes. As “Spiritual Arsonists” we will use the Holy Spirit’s kingdom advancing, wind blowing affect as He spreads the fire of passion for the Lord uniting the local churches and believers across our communities, nations and ultimately the world in which we live.
CrossFire Prayer Warrior groups have been active in Ghana West Africa since 2004 and Gainesville Florida since 2006. Many individuals and churches have invited Swanzy to speak only to be stirred and challenged by the selfless and infections nature of the CrossFire Prayer warriors groups.
