Core Values of Forerunners Generation

► Diversity- We will be able to minister effectively to people from a wide variety of backgrounds, nationalities, and present circumstances. (Colossians 1:17-20 )

► Do everything in love- Our first value is our love for God and we understand that that same love is to be lived, walked out in our lives and is to be obvious by the way we treat others. (1 Corinthians 13:1-3 )

► Transparent Growth Development- We know that even as leaders, we are continually growing. We also know that people will be able to learn more from and trust more from a person who is transparent. So it is our value to be transparent as we lead and disciple people into a closer relationship with Christ. (Hebrews 5:13-14 ; Titus 2:11-13 )

► Discipleship- We were not called to make converts, but to make disciples. It is a responsibility that has been given to the whole Body of Christ, and it is a responsibility that we take very seriously. (Matthew 28:18-20 )

► Excellence– It is our heart to do all that we do as if we are doing it unto the Lord. We desire to walk out a “spirit of excellence” in all that we do. (Hebrews 6:10-12 ; Colossians 3:23 )

► Commitment to Biblical Authority and Prayer– The Bible is the written Word and instruction manual for our life. We want all that we do to line up with scripture. The only way to carry this out is to have true relationship with God and through steadfast prayer. Then we can see transformation in our lives and in the lives of others (Joshua 1:8 ; John 15:7 ; 2 Timothy 3:16 ).
